Technical capabilities

  • Focus on cast clear acrylic pool panels 20–150 mm thick; final thickness is project-specific, based on loading and support calculations.
  • Large-format panels up to approximately 2900 × 9000 mm may be available. Lengths beyond 10 m can be assessed for joined or custom-manufactured solutions.
  • Discuss optical quality, edge finishing, slot/rebate dimensions, panel support, waterproofing interface, packing and installation coordination.
  • Typical production target around 10 days for suitable 20–150 mm panels; joined panels generally around 20 days. Final production schedule and shipping to Australia are quoted separately.
  • Ask about the 30-year outdoor non-yellowing warranty available for eligible pool acrylic panels; coverage and conditions must be confirmed in writing.

  • Pool water depth, water level and applicable pressure/loading conditions
  • Clear opening dimensions (length × height), required panel size and proposed thickness
  • Structural support on two, three or four sides, channel/rebate depth and section drawings
